Can I try the system before purchasing?

Yes, in two ways. You can request a full-featured DEMO version in your language using the web form, including all functions the system offers. If you like the system, register and you will receive access to the system at yourcompany.concraxo.com, where you can configure the entire system according to your requirements, test all functions, show it to your colleagues and employees, and decide for yourself whether to purchase the system or not.

There is no need to rush. We give you a full 2 months for real testing. During that time, we will help you with setup and fine-tuning, and we can add specific functions so the system becomes truly useful for you.

Can I later switch from one plan to another?
Yes, anytime. Upgrades are immediate, downgrades apply from the next billing period.
What about the data – who owns it?

Your data belongs exclusively to you. Each company has its own subdomain and isolated data (multi-tenant). Data is hosted in data centers within the European Union.

Can you adapt the system to our processes?
We have been developing the system for more than 10 years in cooperation with concrete companies. Nevertheless, we cannot guarantee that you will find everything you need. If you purchase the PREMIUM program, we can add custom functions and modules tailored directly to your needs.
Is the Android application included in the price?
The ConcraXo mobile application for drivers is included in the PREMIUM program.
Will the overview of our orders always be available?
The availability of our services is 99.95%. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee 100% availability. After successfully launching your services, we will provide you with an alternative URL address with a quick overview of the day’s orders, so you always know where and when your customers are scheduled. Orders are backed up to this address at regular short intervals.
